Why is it "J'en ai deux" and not "J'ai en deux"?

comme Léa a dit avant, ça reprend la tournure : en avoir !
J'en ai à la maison : i've got some in my house
J'en ai pour 2 personnes : I have it for 2 people

"En" est le COD (complément) du verbe avoir "ai". Comme il désigne quelque chose déjà évoqué auparavant, il doit se placer devant l'auxiliare (avoir donc).
