what is the difference between Restaurants and Catering?

A restaurant is an establishment where you go out and dine at.
On the other hand, catering comes to you, and provides food for generally a greater quantity of people. 2 people can go and eat at a restaurant, but for the most part a catering company will not cater for just 2 people and generally has a minimum number of people.
