Which term is the right one to use for business emails if I want to say "kind regards"?
I would use #1, is it right, isn't it?
1.) 祝安好
2.) 敬祝安康
3.) 謹致問候
4.) 誠摯的問候
5.) ... anything else?

I am afraid none of the ones you suggested are suitable for business correspondence. They are used among friends and family.
