You mean "I'm screwed"?
If so, these are the translations.
①終わった owatta
②詰んだ tsunda
③オワタ owata (this is a net slang and sounds super nerdy and lame)

I think you're looking for something like 死ぬほど笑った, which basically means "laughed enough to die", but you'll probably want a native speaker to tell you what's natural. (死んじゃった does literally mean "died" but I don't know if the "funny" connotation is part of that word.)
