你的问题主要是"语流音变"的问题, 首先, 你要分清楚句子里每个词语的主次; 其次, 两个三声相连的时候, 前一个音发生音变, 但其实不能说是二声, 是类似二声的一个变音, 多个三声相连, 还是要分词语关系, 比如"母老虎",母 修饰 老虎, 所以是老虎发生音变.

It is not a whole sentence, the whole sentence is "我是选美小姐".
Read as Wo3 shi4 xuan2 mei3 xiao2 jie3.
Actually, if there are two continuous words pronounce 3 also on the same phrase.
The first word will change 2, e.g.: 选美--xuan2 mei3.
If "我" before two words as 3, it will be not to change. e.g.: "我打死"--wo3  da2 si3
But if "我" before one word as 3, it will be change to 2. e.g.: "我打算"--wo2 da3 shuan4
