The photo I like best is of.....
The photo I like most is of....
Yhe photo I like the most is of...?????

I think it's better to say "The photo I like more/most is of..."

They are all okay but the first one "more" is a comparison between two photos, whereas if you use MOST superlative you are saying that photo is THE BEST OF MANY. This is the difference between more and most (comparative and superlative).
