what is the difference between these?
1-Your father has been killed in an accident
2- Your father has got killed in an accident

They have the same meaning and use : they are both reporting a recent incident. However, the use of 'got' sounds too casual and informal for this context. Given the distressing nature of this subject matter, you would not use an informal word like 'got' - it would seem insensitive and disrespectful in the circumstances.
