Is "anyone" singular or plural? like I should say "Does anyone.." or "Do anyone..."?

'Does anyone' is correct. It can be interpreted as any 'one' of a group being asked.

yes .. anyone is singular.. the one thing about the auxiliary u should use 'does'. it is specifically for the singgular subject.
