英語にはお疲れ様やお疲れのような語はあるのでしょうか?

お疲れ様 = Good job, thank you for the hard work!

The closest translation I've heard is, colloquially, "Break a leg," or anything regarding "Good luck."
I believe お疲れ様 is actually a shorter version of a longer statement?
