Hi :) I think you should start from the very begining like the alphabet and the way each letter sounds. After that, you could practice reading short words and get familiar with the pronunciation. That could be a good first step to start learning spanish. I hope i helped you a bit ^^.

I think you should find a beginners spanish tutorial or some book to start to learn. I know someone but i don't really know if i can write the title here. Anyway, there are a lot of blogs and pdf to start to learn a new language. I think you should find one in which you can read, heard and repeat what you learn. Good luck.

I'd recommend learning the alphabet since you'll be able to pronounce any word after that, just with a few exceptions and a couple of rules!
