Could you please give some context?
Buko is either:
- the name of a village
- the trade name of a kind of cottage cheese
- "an independent organization based in Bielefeld, Germany, which watches over the marketing practices of German pharmaceutical companies" (says wikipedia)
None of the above has a plural, nor would they be used with definite/indefinite article.
