오늘은 좀 나아? (좀 (somewhat) may be omitted, but people most of the time say it )
오늘은 좀 낫니? (more feminine)
낫다 (adj) -> better, in higher quality, superior
낫다 (v) -> be cured, recover
("낫다" in the example sentence is adjective 낫다)
