What does "나쁜 사람이야." mean in Korean?
Can this expression be used to say I'm or someone is an unlucky person?

'나쁜 ..' means 'bad ..' (= someone who is not good. you do not feel sorry for him/her, and you are blaming him/her to be bad). it has nothing to do with luck ;) you might want to know the following expression - '불쌍한 .. (사람이야 or 사람이에요)'. it has similar meaning with 'poor ..', 'pitiful ..', 'poor little ..' etc. ~~
