In any case, here are some thoughts on speaking with native speakers as opposed to other non-native speakers trying to learn the language. When I speak a language I'm learning with native speakers, I find it tends to come out much more fluently and easily than when I try to speak the same language with other foreigners, who do not speak the language very fluently. It's as if I hear them struggling in the language, and some of that struggle gets passed on to me! Weird eh?
