Assuming a conversation, not a writing.
What is his name?
=> 그 분 성함이 뭐예요? ...뭐지요? ...뭡니까? (polite)
=> 그 사람 이름이 뭐야? ...뭐지? (informal, only between friends, family)
What is her name?
=> 그 여자분 성함이 뭐예요? ...뭐지요? ...뭡니까?
=> 그 여자 이름이 뭐야? ...뭐지?
그의 (his), 그녀의 (her) are more literary terms not used much in everyday conversation.
When talking about children or youths, there is 걔 (그 애 - that guy/boy), 그 여자 애 (that girl).
