Hey Elay In Spanish you say "Que tal?" which is what's up and "Bien" means I feel ok.

It would be like ¡Que onda! or ¡Que tal!

In Spain "what's up" usually is used in these forms: ¿Qué tal? ¿Qué pasa? (maybe more informal) And OK as "Bien" or "Todo bien"
