what's the different between tab and label?
Is there a different usage when I use them in sentence between two words ?

I am trying to explain:)
You can find labels on bottles. Labels give you information about something.
Tabs are protruding bookmark like things. For example you have a telephone register,and there are tabs on its side with big letters like A,B,C .. and so on. So they help you to open the register there and to find the name.
