Pretest - Pre-test and Posttest - Post-test
Hi! I would like to ask, which ones are correct:
1. Pretest and posttest
or
2. Pre-test and post-test
Why?

The best way by far is to use the hyphens: pre-test and post-test, because it's easier to read and these words are fairly new in the language. (Often, over time, compound words will have the hyphen eliminated.)
You will sometimes see "pretest" (though my spell check doesn't like it.) Posttest is very rare, probably because the "stt" sequence looks very strange and interrupts the flow of reading.
