屋子和房子有没有用法的差异?
When I showed a picture of my house (taken from outside) and said, "这是我的屋子,“ The other person (Chinese) told me that I should've said "这是我的房子。” 屋子 refers to the inside of a house, hence I am a bit confused. Can someone please give me a few examples if there are differences?

Let's take an example. "屋子" means a room of an apartment and "房子" meand the apartment. In general, "房子" means an individual and complete structure like a house, "'屋子" means the inside rooms

屋子=room(just the inner space of 房子)
房子=house/apartment, it means the whole thing.
