I'm tired and my friend is also tired.
You should add the word "also" which is "أيضاً" in Arabic.

too : أيضا ، كذلك

Well, it means I'm tired and my friend is tired (both females). But I think this is Egyption Arabic so you can't use "ايضا" because it's not used in Egyptian Arabic. If you want to fill in the blank with Egyptian Arabic you can write "هي كمان".

The Q.:
I'm tired, and my (female) friend _______ tired.
the blank would best be filled by something meaning: "is also", which would be:
أيضاً = also*
* There's no expressed is/are/am or a/an in Arabic. it's understood from the context.
