When and how to use "le" in making sentences?

①(助)用在动词或形容词后面(after v.or adj.);表示动作或变化已经完成。(some action or change have done)
ɑ)用于实际已经发生的动作或变化:这个小组受到le表扬|水位已经低le两米。
b)用于预期的动作或假设的动作:你先去;我下~班就去|他要知道~这个消息;一定也很高兴。
②(助)用在句子的末尾或句中停顿的地方(after the end of the sentence or the pause in the sentence);表示变化(change);表示出现新情况(a new sitation)。
ɑ)表示已经出现或将要出现某种情况:下雨~|春天~;桃花都开~|他吃~饭~|天快要黑~;今天去不成~。
b)表示在某种条件下出现某种情况:天一下雨;我就不出门~|你早来一天就见着他~。
c)表示认识、想法、主张、行动等有变化:我现在明白他的意思~|他本来不想去;后来还是去~。
d)表示催促或劝止:走~;走~;不能再等~!|好~;不要老说这事~!
