How to divide Italian syllables
If after the word central plains sound followed consonants whether to put them into the same syllable

I'm not sure I understood your question, but consonants only go at the end of a syllabe in two cases:
- a double
ex: racchetta = rac-chet-ta
pizza = piz-za
- l, m, n, r followed by another consonant
ex. candito = can-di-to
Otherway they go in the next syllabe.
ex. banana = ba-na-na
castoro = ca-sto-ro
