How to say "to do a leg split" in Korean?

"leg split" is either "다리 벌리기" (leg spread) or "다리 찢기" (extreme leg spread/split).
찢기 originally means "tearing" but they seem to use it for leg splitting.
So you can say either "다리 벌리기를 하다" or "다리 찢기를 하다" depending on how intense it is.
