should I use "arranges" or "arrange" in this sentence? Thanks for replying
I am the person who arranges family finance in my home.
I think it should be "arranges", but somehow I also believe that "arrange" works too?
please help me, thank you!

'Arranges' is correct. 'Arrange' is not.
The verb has to agree with the closest subject to it, which in this case is 'the person who'. The subject 'the person who' is third person singular, so the verb has to be 'arranges'. There is no other possibility.

Arranges is correct, because the subject of the verb is "the person" not "I".
