Rustle means to shake and make noise. Can't tell how it fits here without context.

It sounds like "sheet" could mean "sheet of paper." For example:
"In the old days of radio, people had to hold their scripts carefully so they would not rustle the sheets. The rustling noise would get picked up by the microphone. Instead of turning the page, which might rustle the sheets, they would drop each page on the floor after they had read it."
