'Take it with a pinch of salt' in French?
In English, there is a saying "to take it with a pinch of salt" which means to not take something so seriously.
How would you phrase this in French?
Thank you, Merci!

I'd say: N'en fais pas tout un plat / N'en fais pas tout un fromage.
It's in a negative way but the meaning is approximately the same.
