The works mean everything, vegatablel, meat, cheese everything the Pizza Shop offers for toppings.

The 'works' is the covering of the pizza.
What's on it?
- cheese,
- tomato,
- onion,
- ...,
- ...,
- bulldozers,
- little yellow wooden chairs
'With the whole works' means you want everything available on it.
What do you like on your pizza?
D., who likes simple pizza. With very few aromas distracting from the original taste.
