"or whatever you call it", "bla bla bla", "and all that jazz", "or what not" About "or whatever you call it", "bla bla bla", "and all that jazz", "or what not", Is there anything difference between them? E.g. A: What are you going to take for a tomorrow hiking? B: Water, handkerchief, hat, sunglasses, snack, "xxx" What would you put in the "xxx"? Thank you so much for reading, everyone. I will be so grateful for any help you can provide.

"whatever you call it " means you dont know what the name of an object. " all that jazz" is oldfashioned and doesnt refer to objects and it can sound rude, "bla bla bla" refers to something somelse said and can also sound rude. You want to say : "et cetera " (etc.) or "and such" or "and some other stuff"
