I would say that "Gosto de apreciar a natureza" or simply "Aprecio a natureza".
Another alternative is to say "curtir" in place of "apreciar", but it sounds rather informal.
Both of them I think that is more natural for Brazilians,

Although the literal translation is "Eu aprecio a natureza", nobody speaks like this, sounds weird! A native brazilian would say "Eu curto a natureza" or "Eu adoro a natureza".

You could say "Eu curto a natureza.", but "curto" sounds very informal, I recommend to use this term only for friends or youths.
The formal way would be "Eu aprecio a natureza.", which can be used in all situations.
