seas vs eres
En "La Reina del Sur" alguien dice "maldita seas." Google Translate y los subtítulos dicen eso significa "damn you." Por qué no es "maldita eres"?

This is because of verb conjugation "seas" refers to situation that is hypotetical o desired, "eres" refers to a real situarion or that is true. Hope it helps. =)

"Maldita seas" en este caso es invocar o desear el mal a esa persona.
