What does 옳지 착하지 mean?
I heard it in a song but if someone could give an in detail explanation it would be great.

옳다: right, just, proper
착하다: well behaving; innocent and kindhearted
So it is literally "(You're) right, that is good of you".
But this phrase is most often used with a child, like "That's good, you be a good boy [girl]...".
