Usually the "please" expression goes after the request
1. Asking for an item/food at a store => item + (number of items) + (wo) onegaishimasu or kudasai
2. Requesting an action from someone else => request + yoroshiku onegaishimasu
3. Asking a friend/family member for a favor => request + tanomu yo
Begging a friend/family member => onegai!
