I tried to say "Hi I'm gabby, nice to meet you. I'm fourteen years old. I can speak English and French"
Also.. Can someone tell me how to change it to "I'm fourteen years old and I can speak French"

저는 가비입니다. (저는 가비예요)
만나서 반가워요. (만나서 반갑습니다)
저는 열네(14) 살입니다. (저는 14살이에요)
영어와 프랑스어를 할 수 있어요. (영어하고 프랑스어를 할 수 있습니다)
"I'm fourteen years old and I can speak French" -> 저는 14살이고 프랑스어를 할 수 있어요/있습니다

You used different speech levels, so I gave the alternative of each sentence. Match 요 with 요 and 다 with 다 :)
Also, I bet you were practicing your numbers, but normally you would just write the numeral. So I suggest writing the numeral with the word form in parenthesis.
Numbers that change before counters: 1-4
하나 -> 한
둘 -> 두
셋 -> 세
넷 -> 네
Also, it's generally 14살 (no space) or 열네 살 (with a space).
"And" between nouns
와/과 - more literary (와 after vowel, 과 after consonant - breaks away from the pattern!)
하고 - just a plain "and"
이랑/랑 - more colloquial/used in speaking (이랑 after consonant)
