Do we say 'What's his age'?
I mean 'How old is he'. Is it OK to ask 'What's his age'?
Similarly, can I say 'What's the price' instead of 'How much is it'?
Thank you!

Yes, you can. Those are all correct and natural, although "what's the price" is not as common as "how much...." 'What's his age' is a bit more formal than "how old is he?"
