What is the difference between Future Perfect and Future Simple ?

Future perfect -- an event is in the past relative to some other event in the future (which is usually expressed using a present tense). E.g. "You will have come by the time I arrive."
Simple future -- an event is in the future relative to now. E.g. "You will come tomorrow."
