What does the word rahaa mean? I see this word popping up a lot.
For example: Lerka Khar rahaa hae.
Lerka = Boy
Khar = eating
Hae = is
So does this sentence mean "The Boy is eating?"
If so, what is the function of the word rahaa?

"Rahaa" shows the process is in continues. it is used to make past continues, present continues and future continues sentences.
For example: Larka Kha rha hai.
Larka = Boy
Kha + Rha = eat + ing
Hai = is
