What's mean click in here?
Oftentimes, when we meet someone new, we feel as though we " click" . Sometimes it's as if we've known each other for a long time.
Click is a verb or noun in here? I think it should be we are clicked.
Thank for your help.

It's a verb, to click (with someone) and it's perfectly correct.
It means to get on really well with someone. So you meet someone and strike up a friendship really quickly and easily. 'We are clicked' is wrong.
Just as an aside, the question should be 'what does 'click' mean here?'
