No, the sentence is wrong. It should be 시험 잘 봤어(요)?

What you have done here is the direct translation. It does not make sense in Korean. It has to be either Did you do well in the test? 시험 잘 봤어요? or How did you do with your test? 시험 어땠어요? On the other hand, 잘 지내세요? means How are you doing? This is only used when you ask someone hi.
