What is the correct conjugation: 'je wil' or 'je wilt'? 'Je bent' or 'je ben'?
I've seen both.

I am not a native Dutch speaker but I believe.
Je bent and Je wilt are correct.
Unless you are asking a question then you would reverse the words and remove the "t"
ben je ____? Wil je ____ ?

Kevan is totally right.
I'd like to add that "je wil" is also correct but informal, so "je wilt" is preferable in formal settings.

Indeed, "je bent" and "je wilt" is correct. The end -t disappears when the verb and pronoun switch (wil je..? // ben je...?).
Adding to this:
"je wil" is generally accepted in colloquial Dutch
"je ben" is not standard Dutch, however used quite often in regional dialects, for instance in Amsterdam. This would be truly odd to use if you're speaking standard Dutch.
