You posted this in the wrong language section (English)! If written properly it is 칼답 받아라. 칼답 = 칼 (knife) + 답 (answer) = a quick answer 받아라 = get/receive (imperative) → Get a quick answer! But it sounds really strange lol, why would you tell someone to get a quick answer?
