i wish if i know their answers as they are really confusing
The Pharaohs ( ruled/ have ruled/ had ruled/ were ruling) Egypt.
( Does/ has/ is ) Mona back yet ?
She ( washed/ had washed) her hands before she ate
I haven't met my boss ( long time/ recently/lately)
She ( hasn't seen / hadn't seen) his friends for ages
I ( lain/ lied/ lay/ laid) down on the bed and fell asleep
He will be ready in a moment. He ( cleaned/ is cleaning/ cleans/ has cleaned)his shoes
Once she( had got/ got/ has got) a camera
She ( hasn't met/ hadn't met) him lately

Well, the vast majority of those have multiple answers. The correct one in each case would need some further clarification in terms of tense and context. For example, the Pharaohs sentence can be any of those, the right answer would depend on what, exactly, you wanted to say and the tense you wished to use.

She washed her hands before she ate.
I haven't met my boss recently - this is incorrect usage of "met", it should be "met with".
She hasn't seen his friends for ages - "hadn't" works as well if it's part of phrase such as "because she hadn't seen his friends for ages"
I lay down on the bed and fell asleep. (This is a tough one ever for native English speakers)
He will be ready in a moment. He is cleaning his shoes
Once she got a camera
She hasn't met him lately - Again this is incorrect usage of "met" it should be changed to to "met with"
It would be helpful if all of these statements had an ending period "." then it would clear that they are complete sentences. If they aren't complete sentences than more than one of the choices is correct.
