是的 :yes
好吧 :fine ( normally Get a request and you are not so happy to accept it)
好的:okay
Different situations we would use different moods to say these three words, but the meaning of these three words are really similar.

whats the meaning of these: 是的,好吧,好的?
是的:Yes! For instance, are you Chinese? Yes! (是的)
好吧:Okay........ Indicates you don't like the proposal but still you will do it. For instance, your teacher asks you to write 1000 characters in one hour, you don't want to have this task but you don't want to disappoint your teacher either, so you would answer 好吧…… (I don't like this thing but still I will do it).
好的:OK. Somebody suggests to do something or asks you to do something, you will do it without any hesitation. For instance, your mom asks you to make up your bed, you answered “OK(好的)。"
好啊!好呀!: Yeah! OK! Somebody made a suggestion and you really like it. For instance, your friend said: Let's go to night club this evening! You like this idea and you are every excited, so you will answer in this way: OK!!! (好啊!好呀!)

是的 is "yes" as in confirmation to a question.
好的 is "OK", "will do", etc.
好吧 is also "OK" but.. with reluctance.
