Ramper is rather like "crawling" (tummy toward the floor)
Marcher à quatre pattes is "walking on all fours"

Non, ce n'est pas la même chose. Ramper, c'est se traîner sur le ventre. À quatre pattes, l'enfant soulève son corps sur ses bras et ses jambes.
