The difference between ~はともかく and ~はさておき
I read somewhere that both ~はともかく and ~はさておき mean something like "aside from ~"
E.g. このレストランは値段はともかく味はいい。
I was wondering...what is the difference between the two?
「冗談はともかく」も「冗談はさておき」(Joking aside...)も正しい?

~はともかく、と、~はさておきは、同じ意味で使い方も一緒だと思います。
しいて言うなら、~はともかく、の方が、口語的かなと個人的には思います。
冗談は・・・なら、冗談はさておき、という方がよく言うと思います。
