how to replace "take"
I took a kind of loose wooden parts into the box cost by mistake when I add up those figures
Can I replace take in the above sentence with divide or classify to express the same meaning?

As Peter said, your sentence is not grammatical. It has many errors.
For instance you have two different tenses 'took' and 'add'.
You use 'a kind of' which is singular, but then you have 'parts'.
But - no, took is not divide or classify, assuming I have interpreted what you have written correctly. 'I took ... into ... by mistake'. Means that 'I included ... in ...'
So - you could replace 'took' by 'included' or 'added'.

Sorry, but your sentence is not grammatical and it is not clear what your are trying to say.
Perhaps you could clarify.
