how to understand the phrase"break loose"?
I feel. hardly to understand it, because it seems like break and in a loose state., so why use such structure ?

This is an American English idiomatic expression or colloquialism. It can mean to let go/not do things in the conventional way or break from tradition or do something "just crazy". It depends for the most part on context.
