Standard greeting is 你好. If you are talking to somebody more senior, it's 您好.
早上好 - good morning from like 7-9. 上午好 - is later in the morning etc. You pick the time of day and add 好 to create "good ___"
身体好吗? Is how you say "are you in good health?".

just like "最近好吗,最近怎么样“ in usal to greeting someone “zui jin hao ma,zui jin zen me yang”
if fall in sick then can say "祝你早日康复” “zhu ni zao ri kang fu”
in festival, if the someone is older then can say "福如东海,寿比南山“ "fu ru dong hai ,shou bi nan shan."
