Is Oxford dictionary more reliable than Cambridge dictionary in RP when it comes to IPA? Thanks.
1) Oxford dictionary BrE /sɪˈkjʊərəti/ security
http://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/definition/english/security?q=security
2) Cambridge UK dictionary /sɪˈkjʊə.rɪ.ti/ security
http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/security
I found that the distinctions between these 2 dictionaries are secuRIty. And this is not the only word I came across. Could anyone verify for me? Thanks.

Security
Oxford Dictionaries: /sɪˈkjʊərɪti/
(http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/security)
Cambridge Dictionaries: /sɪˈkjʊə.rɪ.ti/
That's what I see when I look up the main sites. The same IPA.
The Oxford Learner's Dictionaries site is somewhat dubious. You should write to the Chief Editor and ask him to explain the discrepancy.
