聞きたいことがありますが、「何とか」と「何かと」の意味は何ですか。

It may depend on a sentence and context. here are some examples, though I must say you should google some other prases and compare them.
何かと(nanikato)
何かと便利です。 It's useful in many cases.
何かと文句を言う。They complain about everything.
何とか(nantoka)
何とか終わった。I've finished it somehow.
そこを何とかお願いします。I know it's difficult, but please do something.
