Can I say 'My favorite food are milk, bread and vegetables'?

It is ' my favorite foods ', the rest is fine :-)

My favourite food is milk, bread and vegetables. (Not "are"...) to use "is" or "are" depends on the first word when you list something: just compare:
E.g. There is a table and two chairs in my room. (Is-because the first word is in singular=1)
There are two chairs and a table in my room. (Are-because the first word is in plural=2)
